How to remove Nest Max Hub link to unknown account.

• My Nest Hub Max (“NHM”) is liked to an unknown to me. Factory reset doesn’t break the link. How can I remove the link?

To confirm, are you trying to set up the device, or it has been set up on your account already, but seeing an unknown account linked to the device?
