Hi,
My Google Home Nest Hub Max displays a white screen when accessing meeting ID in ZOOM. This requirss a reboot of device every time and we are unable to use ZOOM.

Don't bother. Zoom doesn't work on the Nest Hub Max anyway.

Hi folks,
Thanks for bringing this up.
We're sorry for this inconvenience. Has anyone here already tried performing a complete reset? Let's go ahead and try that first and after that, please try these steps:
1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap profile icon or initials at the top right.
3. Tap Assistant Settings > Voice and video calls > Voice & Video Apps.
4. Tap Zoom > Create or link account.
Also, it would be best if you can use a different phone to link so we can compare its behavior.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Princess

Hi everyone,
We appreciate your patience. Our team is getting similar reported issues that some radio providers and radio stations are not working on the Google Home/Nest speakers and displays.
To help the team investigate the issue further, please send feedback on your devices. You can say, "Hey Google, send feedback," followed by the keywords: GHT3 Unable to link Zoom. Also, make sure to enable the device usage and crash reports on your devices before sending feedback. Learn more about how to send feedback on our Help Center.

First, you cannot link your zoom account to Google Assistant. This doesn't matter whether the Zoom paid account or a free one.
Second. If you try to join a Zoom meeting, the hub will ask you to enter the meeting ID and the screen will go blank. The only way to join a Zoom meeting is from your calendar.
Third. Zoom is horrible on the hub! I've used Zoom on a variety of devices and the Hub Max is the worst. The audio is out of sync with the video. When speaking, my audio would cut in and out and the video would constantly flash.
From my experience if this is a Zoom issue it will probably get fixed in the future. If this is a Google issue, it will never get fixed until Google comes out with a new product to replace the hub nest max. Don't bother resetting, reinstalling and so forth. This is buggy software that you can do nothing about until it is fixed.

Google Assistant link to Zoom isn't supported at this time.
