My nest hub max camera has refused to work since about the 3rd month I’ve owned it. I have to factory reset it and it will half work for about a day and then no longer show the feed in Google Home.
I’ve tried every crappy troubleshooting option google has offered. It flat out doesn’t work. It’s complete junk.
is google going to offer me a refund? Along with the god awful router system that can’t achieve more than 40MBPS on 1gig fiber?
I’ve literally had better results with the bottom of the barrel off brand junk from Walmart.
is google even maintaining this stuff or what? I’m an inch away from throwing every google product in my house in the trash and starting over.
google, this is 100% unacceptable and you either need to fix this trash or start refunding people for this absolute garbage you’re selling.

This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: were there any recent changes made? When you did the reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link? May we know exactly what the concern is for us to know what steps to take?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
