Hub Max error after factory reset

My hub max was not showing up to allow me to stream to it out of the blue. After some troubleshooting, I did a factory reset. After the reset, at the end of the device set up in the home app, it says that the device is connected to another home and have that owner release it. It has never been connected to another home but mine. My home has not changed at all. I did not remake it delete it uninstall the app Or anything else. All I did was reset one device. I checked the other users in my home and it is not on any of their accounts in any other home anywhere. It does not show up in my nest app because I have never installed the camera access for it. I’m at a loss and don’t know what else to do. Please help!
