My Google Home Max was working last night. This morning it's stuck on "G" screen with a white background. I have tried the unplug and wait 10 seconds 10 times trick, but it didn't work. I tried holding the volume buttons down and then re plugging back in didn't work. This is less than a year old. Is there a solution?

Try a physical reset and see if that helps at all.
Save any important footage from your device's video history.
Remove your Nest Hub Max from the Google Home app
On the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.

Nothing happened. Nothing helps.

Ugh sorry that didn't help.
You may want to contact support, especially if the device is under warranty.
