Two days ago hub max stopped working. Went to home app and followed troubleshooting steps. No luck. Called technical support and we tried to reset and all steps, no luck. Elevated to next tier and said there was a software update. That’s when the issues started. No joy with them. He said his manager said that I had this for 4 years and it’s out of warranty. Well I said it was working fine until the update. He said that they would not be able to compensate me for anything. I think this is not my fault but a technical issue on Googles part. I’m not satisfied with their assessment. Wouldn’t buy this again.
