Hub - i can't do that now

It did worked fine last Monday for a short time. Now, it comes back with the message above. I have done re-set, reposition devices, erased all and re-do it bit no luck.

Are there other actions/features that are affected? Also, what kind of account are you using (personal, business)?

i'm using a personal account. have the problem since i got them. Some time it works, some time does not.

My Wi-Fi system is Cisco but kind of old. Everything works at home - smart TV. phones, PC, etc - except for my google speakers.
