Hub is Stuck on infamous "G" Screen

I have Google Nest Hub (1st Gen) which has gone to the "infamous G Screen". Hub is Stuck on "G" Screen and none of the troubleshooting steps are working. Apparently, Google pushed some updates which bricked my device and now Google is not ready to own it up.

There is not solution to fixing this other than getting a replacement or just throwing it out in the trash. Google is not ready to provide replacement as I am not in USA. They are quoting their replacement policy for something bricked by Google themselves.

Dear Google Customers,

If you are buying Google Product considering brand value and Multi Billion Dollar MNC, Don't do that. Their customer Service sucks and rude. Google claim to be innovative company but when it come to customer service there are worst and no innovative solution there and just standard replies. Its more like you are chatting with bot and not some human.

Hey nimesht,

Thanks for sharing details about the issue here. Sorry to hear about your experience - I'd love to help. Could you provide the case ID, so I can take a look on what happened. Also, what country are you located in?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,
