Hub max 1st gen loosing connection to camera

Hub max does not maintain connection to outdoor Nest camera, while my phone and Nest hub does. Tried reboot on hub max and router to no avail.

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for posting and we're sorry if the link between your Nest Hub Max and your Nest Camera keeps disconnecting. Let's check it out ― a few questions: How often does it happen in a day? When did this all start? Do you receive a message or a notification that it's disconnected? Does it ask you to re-do the set up or sign in again once disconnected? 

 

We know that you've done the reboot already but, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. If you can include your Nest Camera, please do. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help. It would be best to have your Nest Hub Max near your router before monitoring the situation if the behavior persists.
