My new hub max worked the day I got it but now I cannot connect to the camera,either frome home app or nest app. Any suggestion appreciated.

Thanks all, after trying all the ideas mentioned I decided to completely switch it off at the supply. When I switched it back on and it started up fully. It was working again? Not sure why.

What happens in the Google Nest app when you select the camera in your Nest Hub Max? (Ours says the camera is offline unless we turn on the camera using the screen on the Nest Hub Max.)
In the Google Home app, if you select your Nest Hub Max and then select "View Nest Cam", what happens? Ours says "This camera has been switched off on this display" (unless we turn on the camera using the screen on the Nest Hub Max).

I just get a rotating icon as is its trying to connect. That is on a black window where the image should appear. It does not connect in the home app either, the little green led lights up and amessage on the max screen says it is streaming video but the apps don't display it.

If your camera in your Nest Hub Max is on, does it show up on the new home.google.com website? Do you have any other Google Nest cameras that CAN be viewed?

Hi, it shows on the website, but no video feed. Its the only camera I have.

If you go to your Nest Hub Max in the Google Home app and select Settings | Nest Cam, do you have "Home monitoring features" turned on or off? We have it turned off, so that we can only turn the camera on and off from the screen on the Nest Hub Max itself.
Did you set up your camera in the Google Nest app?

Im not sure what is happening, but my friends hub max started having this issue a month ago and still no video streaming. Mine has worked fine until this morning, now i cant see any streaming video from my hub max. all other cameras are working fine. just have a spinning circle while streaming using the nest app, along with Android home app, and home.google.com

Do you have "Visitor announcements" turned on for each of your doorbells? Are your Nest Hubs set to "Do Not Disturb?"

Yes I still need help. Same problem remains. I did not change anything. Same problem as other people. What fixed their issue. I really don't see a fix posted.

I just purchased a doorbell and have it hooked up to my phone
I have had a nest hub and I am trying to activiate the camera and I have tried everything. Rebooted the hub , my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the device. I get stuck on the set up screen after you either scan the code or enter the code-- it says : "something went wrong try connecting again and if that doesn't work , try rebooting....."
Any help appreciated.
