Hub max in constant low light mode

Hi,  last three days I've had an issue with my hub max. It seems its in a constant low light mode and nothing seems to be working as a fix. No matter the light situation it displays the clock only and won't respond to commands with its own voice,  only display responses.

I've tried a factory reset removing and adding to my home app and nothing. Unless I touch the screen my photos don't show.

Any help would be appreciated

Update: music won't play on there either. Audio seems non-existent

Hey Jayvicks,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let me help you out.

What happens if you manually adjust the brightness of your display? Have you tried setting it up using a different Wi-Fi (mobile hotspot)? What's the cast firmware and software version of your Google Nest Hub Max?

Thanks,

Alex

Thanks for the reply! Changing the brightness just gives me a lighter standby screen. The software version is 45.1.15.450549110 and the cast version is 1.60.311339. I haven't tried setting to a new WiFi or hot-spot. I've done a factory rest and re-added the hub and no change. Google won't even respond in voice, no audio comes from it now
