About a week ago my nest hub went black except for the G logo. The speakers still work but that’s all. I have left it unplugged overnight and have tried the plug in and out and attempted a factory reset. What else can I try??? Help please!!

Have you tried putting your device into recovery mode?
For Google Nest Hub (1st gen)
For Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) and Google Nest Hub Max
