Hub wont play music with wifi points

I set up a speaker group with my Home Hub and two WiFi Points. However when I try to play music on the group either the Home Hub with play or the WiFi Points will. I cannot figure out how to make all 3 play at once. When I try it will switch and say spotify is being played on another device.

Hi Esac,

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let's check it out. A few questions: do you have a Nest Hub or Nest Hub 2nd Gen with sleep sensing? Are all three devices working before? If yes, when did the issue start? Is it only happening when using Spotify? Could you try other music platforms?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Hub then your 2 Nest Wi-Fi points.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.
