A few questions: from which country are you in? On which part of the set up did you get that message and what does it say? What’s the iOS version of your phone?

none at all, I tried wifi, I tried disconnecting it and nothing helped, even deleting my Google account

Hey PF2,
 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • If 2-Step verification is enabled on your Google account settings, disable it for the meantime.
  • Factory reset your Google Home Mini device.
  • Change the Language and region set on your phone Settings to English-UK.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home app > Login your Gmail account.
  • Set up your Google Home Mini device.
