I can’t sign in to google home app

so I tried signing in to google home because my google mini said I wasn’t signed in now when I tried it said unexpected server response I assumed this was because of my org but when I used my personal account it says it can’t find device what I am thinking that my google mini is signed in to my org account and I can’t unpair it from my org account because I can’t sign in so how do I fix this?

So sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your Google Home app, I'm sure it's frustrating but I wanted to hop in here to see how I could help. 

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Also, what domain of email address are you using?

Hello,

I have tried redownloading the app but it did’nt work. I think the domain is the main problem it’s causing problems in google search, YouTube, gmail and drive starting from 1 month ago in their change of data handling and if you are wondering it isn’t this account that having problems it’s my other account because I can’t sign in to my other account I can’t use it to post questions. 

the domain/org is pdsb and the account that isn’t working is 794355@pdsb.net

Hi there, 

Thanks for getting back to me. I think that you're right, a lot times, our products or services don't work with other domain names, only gmail domains. I would suggest switching to that or creating a gmail account and seeing if that fixes the issue.
