I have two homes: How do I ask Google to take an action in one of them and not the other?

I have more than one home, each with Google Assistant and Home set up: they both appear in my Home app on the main dropdown as expected. However, when I say "Hey Google, please turm on the Master Bedroom Lights" it will often turn on the lights in the home that I am not in.

I'd love to hear your tips and tricks on managing mutiple homes--commands, routines, use of multiple media accounts (e.g, my girlfiend and I each have a Spotify account...), etc.
