I lost my google hub max camera from my nest account. Need Help

Hi, I had my google nest hub max camera associated with my account (before the migration to google accounts) but with the same email. So now I want to access my google account and can't see my camera or access my previous account.

When I try to add my google hub max camera to the account says it is already added to another account, so it is not allowing me to add it.

Since I can't access my previous account, I can't release it either. So how can I do to set up my google hub max camera?

I'm sorry about the slow response time, thank you for your patience! Were you able to get that account issue figured out? If not, what I would recommend is to perform a factory data reset on that Google Nest Hub Max, so you have access to the device and are able to re-add it to your Google account.
