Nest Hub Recovery Mode

Hi, my nest hub for no reason went into Recovery Mode. Did the reset and went back to Recovery Mode again and again. Frustrating as it happens to two of the Nest Hub at home.Can someone give some suggestions on this matter?

Nest audio music playback volume is really low

The music play back volume is really low. The volume control from my pho e makes no difference. Even cast audio volumes are low.I have power cycled all devices still the same. I cycled the mics also.
