Ok, so we bought a Google nest audio not to long ago, but it was set up in a family members account, that family member did some things and we had a bit of a fall out, the WIFI got changed, and now we can’t connect it to the wifi, Any advice?

Sure! Sounds like your Nest Audio is still connected to your family member’s account, and since the Wi-Fi changed, it’s stuck. No worries—I have faced this issue recently also you can fix this by resetting the speaker. Just press and hold the top (where the lights are) for about 15 seconds until it says it’s resetting. Once that’s done, open the Google Home app on your phone, and set it up like new using your own Google account and your current Wi-Fi. After that, it should work just fine!
