Multiple Spotify accounts

We have a google home mini in our kitchen, and I have a spotify premium account. It's linked to the home mini, and so whenever one of us asks it to play music, it will use that account to play the music. However, occasionally I will be using the account on my phone, and someone else will start using it on the home mini, and then it stop mine, and start playing on the speaker. I'm wondering if there is anyway to link multiple accounts to the same speaker.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having as I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to help. 

 

Up to six accounts can be added to Google Home, and if you want to add multiple accounts from the same device, open the Google Home app and tap the hamburger button in the top left corner to reveal the left menu.

 

Unfortunately with Spotify, 2 people can not play music on the same Spotify account at the same time.
