Music kept shutting off tonight on Google home device

Both devices are connected to each other one is shut off going to turn it on. And I am connected to the internet I don't understand why the music kept turning off tonight. And now why it's answering me before when I got no response first solid 5 minutes says there was a threat authorized I'm wanting to know what it is if you could let me know that would be great thank you my number is 971-401-9792

Hi  Gradybrianna,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

 

 

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:  

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
