Music option no longer works

Music started playing only one song on Pandora. I have unplugged, reset to factory settings.  The music played once after reset then quit totally.   Changing password on Pandora didn’t resolve.  Pandora plays fine on other devices.  Google home app say’s Pandora is playing on Nest but no sound.  Checked volume

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's figure this out.

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Logged out from your Pandora app.
  • Uninstall the app.
  • Unlink and relink your Pandora account from your Google Home app.
  • Reboot your Google Home speaker and router to refresh the connection.
