Bit of a guess here, but if Heart radio is defaulting to being played from Tunein, this might be the problem since a number of people have been reporting problems playing some radio channels from Tunein lately. If this is the problem you could try saying 'Hey Google Play Heart Radio from Global Player' since Heart is also broadcast by this streaming service. If it does work this also has the advantage that there are slightly fewer adverts.
No guarantee but you could give a go.

That's good to hear that the problem is now solved. Often the way with electronic equipment that if something is not working correctly and no easy solution works a complete reset will.
