A power outage occurred so we took out the plug from its power source. When we put i back on my Google Home Mini is not responding at all. The LED lights up but no respond whatsoever. I’ve tried pulling the plug and putting it back on. Nothing works. 

 
When I open my Google Home app, it says that the device can’t be found
