My Google Home Mini won't just turn on at all (No Lights)

My google home mini is not turning on at all. It was working fine for 6+ years and was working find at night when I went to sleep and set the timer and turned off the lights with voice command. However, in the morning it was non responsive and would not even power up to show lights.

Tried to unplug the power cord and wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait but lights not turned ON. Power cord is working fine with other devices, tried with another cable and charger too, same problem.

It looks like it simply died for no reason in the night.

Any suggestions on possible remedy or replacement with Google?

I'm so sorry to hear that your Nest Mini is not powering up and has no lights. No worries; I'm here to help! I see that you have tried some troubleshooting, including unplugging the power cord, waiting 10 seconds, and trying with another power cable and charger. And even with that, the situation persists.

Here is one more step that is missing: We need to discharge the speaker. 

• Unplug the power adapter from the outlet and the speaker.
• Instead of leaving it for 10 seconds, leave it unplugged for 20 seconds.
• Plug the power adapter into the speaker or display.
• Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet that works.
• Check if any LED lights appear on the speaker or display.

If you see that after doing this step, the speaker keeps not turning on, let me know.
