My Google Nest Hub has died.

My Google Nest Hub has died. I can't seem to turn it on again. Can anybody help?

@Eyestone7007, sorry to hear about what happened to your Google Nest Hub. Can you please confirm if there are any indications the the speaker is turning on or have any power? Let's go ahead and try these steps:

 

  • Try to plug it on a different wall outlet. Make sure not to plug it in a power surge or extensions.
  • Use the original power cable. If you have a spare cable that is similar to that, try to use it to see if there are any changes.
  • Check if there are any lights or display on the screen as soon as you plug it.
