I have 5 Mini homes. Within the last week when asking questions such as "convert 500 Thai baht to US dollar" or a simple "when is labor day", etc it'll come back "sorry I don't understand" and offer up some meaningless response.

I have gone through all the recommendations the app developer suggested but the issues remain. That being reinstalling the Home App, rebooting the Mini homes and resetting internet.

Interesting enough, I have a Pixel 4 A 5G and if I ask it, out of ear shot of any mini home, it will provide the correct answer.

Bit frustrating.  Any further advice would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hey there,

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that Google Assistant issues can be frustrating but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
