My google nest hub has one black line on left hand of screen

I have tried factory resetting the display yet the line still shows. This appears to be a hardware issue

Same problem whit my Nest hub. Pls help to fix it.

I appreciate your patience and time performing the factory reset. I'd like to ask a couple of questions to gather more details to assist you further: 

  • When did the behavior start? 
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • Is the display still working?
  • Is the display's Assistant working?
  • Have you tried to perform any additional troubleshooting steps besides the factory reset? If so, would you mind listing them?
  • What's the firmware version of your display? To find the following information, check out this article: Google speaker and display firmware versions and release notes
  • Could you please attach a picture of the Nest Hub screen?
