My google nest hub screen broken

Hi My Nest Hub screen seems to be destroyed as its showing blurry images with lines but no hardware seems to be damaged ,where do I get it from as india does not have any service center from google.

Google nest hub with Google assistant smart speaker is the model it showing and it was purchased from flipkart 

The problem it's showing from last 6 months and it just started showing lines just itself in normal working mode without any any damage caused by us..Product was purchased new online.
