My nest hub max stuck in recovery mode. Reset with volume buttons does not work it loops back into.

My nest hub max stuck in recovery mode. Reset with volume buttons does not work it just loops back into recovery mode. I tried everything I found on the Web to no avail. 

Please help!

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation with your Nest Hub Max.  No worries, help is here! Please try the next steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Unplug the power cord.
2. Hold down the volume buttons and plug in the power cord at the same time. While you plug the power cord back in.
3. Wait for the device to turn on.
4. Release the volume buttons.
5. Once the device is in recovery mode, press and hold both volume buttons for 10 seconds.

If the device doesn't recover or the screen becomes black, please fill out this form and an agent will get in touch with you as soon as possible for further troubleshooting.

I tried your instructions and it boot up everytime in recovery mode. Seems like it's in a recovery mode loop. I filled out the form as per your instructions.
