Hi there,

as reported before, https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Wellness-tab-is-suddenly-blank/m-p/3843..., my tab has always been blank since day one. I've tried following that method but it only show earphones as possibility. I don't think it matters but I live in Italy (some sort of blockage here for some reasons?)

Hi @Sp3dix!

Thanks for your reply and efforts.
I’m sorry to hear that even after following the steps that I sent you before, you are still not able to see any information under the Wellness tab on your Nest Hub 2nd generation. No worries, let’s keep working together.

Here are some extra steps for you to try:

  1. Check Account Settings:
    1. On a mobile device, open the Google Home app.
    2. At the top right, tap on the account icon.
    3. Select Assistant Settings, then go to Wellness, and finally hit on Sleep.
    4. Select Connected services: Google Fit.
  2. If you are still not able, you will need to remove the Nest Hub from your Google account, re-pair the device, and complete the setup.

Please check the following article: Remove Google devices from the Google Home app

Tell me how it goes.

Regards,

Daniel.

Hi @Sp3dix!

Thanks for posting in the community.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience that you’ve been experiencing with your Nest Hub 2nd generation and the wellness tab. I understand that since you bought your Nest Hub, the wellness tab has been blank and is not showing any information. I also understand that you have followed some steps on another thread that didn’t work for you. Let’s solve this together.

Here are some extra steps for you to try:

  1. Check settings in the Google Home app:
    • On a mobile device, open the Google Home app, then select the Nest Hub (2nd generation), then go to Settings, and finally go to Sleep Sensing.
    • Check that Sleep Sensing is turned on.
    • Select Recognition & Sharing, then go to Recognition & Personalization, and finally make sure that Allow personal results is enabled and the option Always show proactively is selected.
  2. Check Account Settings:
    • Allow personal results (for wellness features to be displayed).
      1. On a mobile device, open the Google Home app.
      2. At the top right, tap on the account icon.
      3. Select Assistant Settings, then go to Wellness.
      4. Enable Proactive health & fitness results for the Nest Hub (2nd generation).

Hi,

I've tried but I can only see my earphones under personal results. I don't see any "Proactive health & fitness" mentioned by you
