Nest Audio two white blinking dots

Not booting, two white lights blinking. Factory reset is impossible due to the fact that it's not booted fully. Happened after we move from one room to another.

This article describes what the light means:
Learn about the lights on your speaker - Google Nest Help

If you're experiencing issues with the normal factory reset process, try these steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from your speaker, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in and wait until all 4 LED lights on top illuminate.
  2. Repeat step 1 ten more times (so a total of 11 times).
  3. After plugging your speaker back in the final time, you'll need to wait a few moments for the device to reset. It will announce "Welcome to Google Home. To get started, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet" to let you know that it’s ready for setup.

Hi rustamov,

This is not the experience we want you to have and thank you for doing the steps provided above; let me help you. A few questions: when did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

Try these steps:

  1. Reboot Nest Audio. Unplug it from the power source, wait for about 10 seconds, and plug it back in.
  2. Reboot your router. Unplug it from the power source, wait for about one minute, and plug it back in.
  3. Factory reset the device and connect it to a 2.4 GHz network, if available.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for helping, davidking!

Best,

Dan
