Nest Hub (2nd gen) stuck on white screen

It has been a couple of months that my Nest Hub device gets stuck on white screen or loading animation and not working.

It seemed to start with a failed update which put the device stuck on a white screen. Then I did factory reset for many, many times.

Every time I finished the setup, it always said installing software update on my Google Home app. However the Nest device didn't show anything about the update or respond anything after the installation appeared done. After I selected the "Finish setup" option on the nest device, it went into a white screen where I could swipe up the setting options but there was nothing else that I could do, then got stuck there forever. If I unplug and replug the device after that, it got stuck on the start up loading animation forever.

As I said it has been like this for months, should I file a warranty claim to get it fixed?

I have a very similar problem.

I woke up this morning to discover my Nest Hub Max stuck on loading screen. Tried plugging and unplugging then did factory reset. Home app installed then said there was an update, but after the verification code the hubs screen went blank. Hub responding to voice commands but showing nothing apart from a white screen. If I restart it gets stuck on the loading screen again.

Just asked my phone to stream Spotify to the Hub it is seems to have woken the screen up. Display working perfectly normally now.
