Nest Hub Gray screen

My Nest hub is connected but only a gray screen. I can swipe up from bottom and get the brightness (can adjust) and gear (no action). Can control volume and adjust things in the app, but just this infernal gray screen.

I know how challenging it can, not having a working device when needed - we're here to help. To confirm, is it a blank screen or there's a G icon in the middle? Also, to get a better picture of what's happening on your device - please send a video showing the issue.

White screen. Setting volume and brightness ok and devices responds in the home app like it's working normally. But spinning circle on reboot. I reset once and setup again and worked for a day then back to this.
