Nest Hub Max Blocking Search

This morning, my 14 year old son asked our Nest Hub Max to show a picture of Mabel from Gravity Falls. It told him that wasn't allowed on the device. He is supervised on Family Link, but we have never had any issues like this before. I have tried every setting I can imagine and can't fix it. Any ideas?
