Nest Hub Max won't make list

Nest Hub Max will not make a list.

I ask it to make a list. It asks what I want to call it. I say -shopping. It says - sorry , sometimes went wrong in trying to make your lists. I've gone through all trouble shooting. Nothing... Any help work be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What's the exact command you've used in creating your list? Are you trying to create a shopping list? If so, try checking this link for more information.
