Nest Hub Max

I am beyond frustrated.  I switched to a new internet service and the Nest Hub Max hasn't worked since. Its either offline, so I connect it, or its showing previous owner (me) and I need to remove an account. I have already removed 3 kitchen accounts, although I only have 1 camera.  I have hard factory reset so many times as well. I have looked up everything I can think of to try to set just 1 location because it shows 3, I don't know what else I can do but throw the **bleep** thing away. I have updated my Google home app too thinking that may help, but with no luck.  My camera's outside are all reconnected, its just this dang Nest Hub Max that is a thorn in my side. Could anyone help?

Are you using your internet supplier's Wi-Fi router? That's not always recommended.

First, try putting your Nest Hub Max right next to your Wi-Fi router to rule out any interference or bandwidth issues.

Try rebooting it through the Google Home app.

I tried this but to no avail. It just keeps telling me to start set up, I'll go through all the prompts only to end up right back at the set up page.

I am still just hanging in limbo with this darn thing. Its been so frustrating.

In the new Google Home app update notes for November 12th 2025 (4.3) there is a rather vague note, but it might relevant to your situation...

I've been in a set-up loop myself with my Google Nest Hub Max onboard Nest Cam  camera.
