Nest Hub can't play Kerrang Radio in Good morning routine

ScottishStoic

Since getting my Nest Hub, I've had difficulties playing Kerrang! Radio. Most radio stations will play if you just mention the station name, but to play Kerrang I have to say "Stream Kerrang Radio from Planet Radio" (any variation of this, like play instead of stream, doesn't work).

This worked up until a few weeks ago, when the wider Planet Radio problem started. That has since been resolved, but Kerrang! is still an issue. I can get it to play on demans by using the above wording again (during the previous issue it wouldn't), but not as part of my Good Morning routine. The Nest Hub responds with "I looked for Kerrang Radio on Planet Radio, but it either isn't available or can't be played right now".

Any suggestions?

Hey ScottishStoic,

Thanks for visiting the community.

My apologies for the late response here. I know how hard it is when you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub. Let's get to the bottom of this. A few questions: when did the issue start? What country are you located in? Are you able to stream the station from your speaker and native app? Do you have the same issue when using a different radio station on your routine? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
