Nest Hub first gen. screen light balance setting don't works

Danilo1

Hi. I have a first gen Nest Hub. After the last update it is now impossible to set the automatic light balance of the sreen at the vaule that I want. Now it is only possible to set it to medium (in the middle of the line), minimun (at the left of the line) and max (at the right of the line) with the Google Home app (iOS.) If I try to set it to 3/4 of the line it came back at the center. I have my Nest Hub from two years and this is never happen. Please can you fix this? Thanks in advance.

@Danilo1

Have you tried rebooting your Nest Hub, either by unplugging it for a short while or by selecting it in the Google Home app, selecting Settings, selecting the "More" icon (the 3 dots in the upper right corner) and then selecting "Reboot"?

Yes, I tried twice but everything stayed the same.

Hey there,

I appreciate the assistance, MplsCustomer.

Danilo1, could you try resetting your Google Nest Hub to its default settings? If you get the same result, please provide us the cast firmware and software version of your Nest Hub.

Thanks,

Alex
