Nest Hub max

I have the particular hub in my guest bedroom. In the middle of the night the assistant starts talking randomly about analytics? These are nights where no one is in the guest room. By the time I wake from it it’s toward the end of what she’s saying. It’s driving me crazy. Please help!

Could you tell us if there are any other accounts linked on your Google Nest Hub Max? Also, are there any routines created?

 

What are the steps you did after you notice that? Let's go ahead and try first to perform a complete reset on your Nest Hub Max and see if that would make any changes on its behavior.

Hi! Thank you for getting back. I have been away so haven't tried the fixes but I have 3 Hubs on the same network in different rooms and I don't believe I have any routines set up on any of them. It's only the hub in the guest that's the issue. Will get back to you once I do a hard reset! What could possibly the hub max be speaking in regards to analytics?

We really can't speculate what the real reasons are unless we try some steps. Hopefully, this will be solved by performing a complete reset. Please feel free to update this thread as soon as you have tried resetting your Google Nest Hub Max.
