Nest Hub. "Device for audio is the device that started this routine."

Nest Hub. "Device for audio is the device that started this routine."  Why are all the choices grayed out?  They used to work before I changed the name of the nest hub & deleted the old name.  There IS a connection.  If I create a routine on my android phones (both new & old android phones) it shows up on the nest hub.   If I ask the nest hub it does the routine.  If I click the > on the android phone to run the selected routine, it starts blaring on my cellphone instead of the nest hub which is 8 feet away.  WHY?  They both have a good Wifi, it is the same Wifi.  They are both near the Wifi.  They both make a good WiFi connection.  They are in the same physical location where the routine selected on the android phone would play on the nest hub before I changed the nest hub name.  Which setting did I miss?
