Nest Hub screen won't show anything except connected. Follow the instructing in the Google Home app

I have tried hard reset and reboot, but I can't get past the Connected screen.

I just left it alone on that screen and things sorted themselves overnight

I understand that engineering are aware of this issue and are investigating a possible cause. Unfortunately there are no additional steps I can suggest at this time. Sit tight and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

  • Could you please send feedback via Google Home App or your device with the words: "GHT3 Nest Hub link account issue fixed" with an explanation of the situation?  
Your feedback is greatly appreciated, as it will help our engineering team address this issue.

Hello im having the same issue after switching broadband supplier my hubmax will only go as far as saying connected. Entering code then comes back unable to connect.Ive plugged a tp link extender in to router and it will connect by wifi on the tp link? I have moved hub right next to router but no joy. Can anyone please help me.
