Nest Hub setup won’t start

After plugging in the nest hub it shows the G icon and then a couple animations but nothing else. Even after watching the Home app and trying to add a device it does not find it and does not proceed.

I had the same problem reading the forum I found this solution which worked for me.

1.- Place the device in Recovery Mode (unplug the device then hold down (long press) the volume up and volume down buttons while you plug in the device. Release the volume button once the device turns back on.)
