Nest Mini keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth

I’m on an iPhone SE 2020. I’m listening to music stored on my phone through Bluetooth connection to my google nest minis. I have two of them. BOTH of them will play music for about 20-30 minutes then randomly disconnect the Bluetooth. Pairing back will not work unless you hard reset the google mini. I am tried of hard resetting the google minis every 30 minutes: that is not a solution. I’m seeing similar topics like this with no solution. Is there not a permanent fix for this?

A few questions:

• When did the issue start?
• How often does it happen?
• Are there other nearby Bluetooth devices turned on?
• Is the Google Home app and device firmware version updated?
• What Bluetooth standard (1.0 to 5.1) is the device on?
• Does the device have enough power?
• Does the same issue happen when you connect other device to your Nest Mini via bluetooth?
