Nest Hub Won’t Turn On

Hi! My new-ish (about 6 months old) Nest Hub won’t turn on. I tried using a different outlet and I tried holding down the two volume buttons for 10 seconds with no luck. What can I do?

How remove news from Hub's Your Morning and Your Evening

Recently, my Nest Hubs have started showing News on the Your Morning and Your Evening screens. I mostly use the Hubs as picture frames, so news is the last thing I want to see when I'm looking for something pleasant. How can I turn this off?Thanks!

Home mini wont connect

I moved and now my google home mini wont connect to my new network. I factory reset it twice. It will start the process and make a sound, then as it says it is finalizing, and error message appears saying it cannot communicate. What else can I do?
