A couple of weeks ago my Nest Hub remained lock after an updated (probably failed). It shos a big grey “G” and I cannot do anything to change this statust, I tried to reboot and reset it without success.
Google help desk recognized the proble, but they say the guarantee expired, so I’ve to buy a new one… even if the problem has been caused by Google. I saw there are other users in this situation, I’m collecting all details to start a class action. … deal Google, this isn’t the right way to do business!
