Nest hub max screen continuously goes black. The audio continues to function, but there is no visual on the screen. Additionally the screen touch controls no longer work when this happens. I’ve done the unplug 11 times reset and the issue persists.
I’ve seen other threads with this issue and am requesting additional assistance.

Have you tried the full factory reset?
Try the reset as in that link, make sure the power cord is seated firmly and give the screen a good wipe down. If you are still having trouble your may need to contact support directly for warranty info.

Thanks Jill. Yes, I’ve done the factory reset as well. but the issue still persists. I’ll contact support now.
