I've had a Google nest hub Max for a couple of years. When doing video calling the camera used to track the person you spoke with so if they moved the camera moved with them. Somehow that feature has stopped and I can't figure out how to reset it.

In addition, I can no longer call home devices either nor can my kids call me. 😞

Hey Tgibb,
Thanks for coming back to us. To confirm, have you tried rebooting your devices to refresh the connection? Please note that auto framing during Duo video calls, where the camera pans and zooms to keep you in view can be managed directly in a Duo call. To enable it, tap the screen during a call and then tap the icon next to the mic and video icons.
Cheers,
Muddi
