Nest hub max unable to answer

The nest hub is running into an issue when asked certain multiplication questions. For example asking the hub 275 * 12 works but 275 * 17 yields an "Unable to answer" response.

I just tried both on one of our Nest Hubs and got the correct answer for each.

I don't have an explanation for why you got an "Unable to answer" response for 275 * 17.

  • How long did the device work as intended before experiencing this symptom?

  • When was the device purchased?

  • How often does the problem occur?

  • What kind of environment is the device in?

  • Where is the device placed?

  • Have you asked the same question in a different way? 

  • Can you confirm if the device recognized the question correctly? Please use the command "Repeat the question" after requesting the action.
