My morning News I was playing rooters TV CNN and CNET video. But for the last 4 weeks it has stopped and only plays audio. Is there any way to reverse this it?, was one of the highlights of having the hub

Same here. The instructions clearly state video news, but it is only audio.?

Thanks for reaching out and that certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.
Is it only happening to this particular news channel? Can you still watch other videos or content to it? Could you try rebooting your Google Nest Hub and router to refresh the connection? Reinstalling your Google Home app might help too.
